The first round of the NCAA tournament was one of the most exciting ever, and so was the first match up in our Shofer's Furniture 2010 Fan's Choice Tournament. The fans have decided and the Tilden English Chair from Martha Stewart by Bernhardt has advanced into the quarterfinals.

NCAA March Madness is heading into it's second day, and the excitement couldn't be higher after the first day. Shofer's Furniture is creating it's own excitement with our Shofer's 2010 Furniture Bracket. We have created a bracket using some of our favorite furniture from the floor, and we want you to be part of the action. Each day during March we will introduce a new "match-up" between these pieces of furniture.

It's St. Patrick's day, and that means that everyone is out and wearing green. And Shofer's Furniture is no exception. We've gone around and picked out some of our favorite green items from around our showroom. They would make even a Leprechaun proud!

The world has changed a little bit (4:58pm)

I think my friend Eric put it best, "The world has changed." That was his Facebook post to me about the world's first live blog featured around a furniture sale. (Will some one call head of the Guinness Book and confirm this for me?) And I think that Shofer's might have changed the world a (very) little.
